Lots of returns are because of a lack of information or twisted ones so customers get disappointed when delivered

The only problem is the way the item is wrapped to make it as compact as possible it has been bent several folds to reduce the width and then rolled very tightly so there are lots of warp wrinkles and deformations that make it very difficult to work with when it is unwrapped

Easy too set up or fake down light weight so you need some support to keep it in in greater lengths
