Pros

Easy insulation. Easy installation. Good product,easy to install.

If the bolts were threaded for the full length, this could be used for other applications. Mounted this on the back of our camper to carry a bike rack. Used this receiver to mount my bicycle rack onto the bumper of my camper.

Powder coated finish means it should last much longer than paint. The bolts are sturdy. Very nice hitch bolt on perfect.

Everything as advertised. Works perfectly. Arrived faster than predicted. Performs as described.

Cons

Bumpers are not designed to have an add-on hitch. The bolts are also not a hardened grade and should absolutely never be trusted with something as potentially dangerous as a winch. It fits one way only. Missing main lower plate required for mounting.

I had to buy four bolts with threads to make this work, so i spent $20 for the bolts at a local hardware store.

If the original bolts were threaded all the way, i could have saved a lot of money.
