Pros
The electric eraser really clears up dark shaded areas really well it’s easy to hold and use. It erases faster and more clearly than me manually dragging it across the paper.
This works like a charm! This product works soooo good! It is easy to control. However there are some pitfalls.
Having m. My granddaughter is a budding artist. Overall we are very pleased.
Cons
The eraser is rather large, so it isn't good for detail erasing. Too aggressive, tearing up the paper, and not effectively removing the graphite. Eraser switch is not lockable so my hand fatigued quickly.
The shape leaves much to be desired. Time to return. Very upset. Returning and getting a better brand.

I am extremely pleased with this product.
I have a couple specifically for this but still hard to get rid of the color, especially with the prismacolor pencils.
I've told him it has to be used at home or he might annoy his classmates with the noise.
At least with the one i bought, the erasers work well, but really only when they're new.
Price
Works great and its price was a great deal.
But, based on the price, i don't think i'm going to buy refills, i'll just buy the same package again.

But, ohuhu replaced it and their customer service was outstanding.
