After i lifted the iron and peeled the backing nothing had to be repressed nothing lifted

I like this htv but only for cottonpoly blend shirts that are slightly thicker

I tried three layers on a thin 100 cotton shirt and it shrunk where the htv was applied

So the tshirt has ripples around the design plus the base layer of the htv shrunk so any layers on top of that needed to be added with finesse and patience as they wont fit the design as exactly as preferred
