Description makes it sound like the sticky * for putting up are included which they aren't at all - should of read it more closely but still misleading. There is no'sticky' button.

They are ok on their own to reduce the reverb but for maximum benefit look at the entire room and research

I used cheap adhesive contact spray from hardware store
