Pros
Light and comfortable. Although snug the waist trimmer fits well. It really helps you to sweat out the weight.
Cons
If your tall and slender keep it moving, this is not for you. Sizes are not accurate and i ripped it trying to put it on.
Neoprene is something else like neoprene but very stinky. Even after washing it, still the same overpowering odor. When it holds up, it generally functions as it's supposed to, but i question the longevity.

I bought this to use for back support and it's perfect for that and gained the benefit of less bloat.
It keeps me hot and when i take it off my undershirt is soaked in the area it lays but it's worth it all around.
Good width and the velcro doesn’t go so close to the edge of the belt, so it does irritate you skin.
