Pros

The button-battery-sized urn unscrews and the compartment is big enough to hold a small amount of fur. This one has the urn separate from the necklace and how it’s enclosed, gave me reassurance in knowing that it could not fall out.

The clam-shell paw seems very sturdy. The chain is very sturdy and you cannot open the heart unless you remove it from the chain.

It is beautiful. And it is just stunning. This necklace is a perfect tribute to my 14. Highly recommend this necklace to someone looking for a beautiful piece to honor their pet.

The interior container is a good size and it comes with a funnel and pokey to get things into it. The urn inside is twist-open, so it is very secure and easy to fill.

The paw is engraved with zoe's name and the day she came to us. It's a silver paw with a rose gold container inside and engraved with our precious dog's name. The one with the siver one with blue urn middle & the black with black urn.

Cons

No returns are allowed on customized items. The clasps on the chain that comes with it are too big to fit. My dogs ashes are already in the ash holder.
