This personal blender is rechargeable. Recharging is quick and the charge last for a reasonable interval without needing a re-charge. The fact that it's rechargeable is so handy because then i don't have to make a free outlet in my kitchen.
Cons
Blender stops blending if you put more than a few cubes which are what you need for a smoothie. After having this for about a week, it stops blending every 2 seconds.

I got this blender at a great price too!
The price is very generous for this blender.
Competitiveness
I use this for my pre-workout powder.
Therefore i have no comparison to big name brands.
This is smaller than a coffeepot so it should fit on most desks.
I think it is a decent value on sale for $35 or less but not worth the $50 regular price.

The glass portion is biceca heavy not plastic

Cleaning this bottle was not hard it comes apart and you are able to get all the spots
