Cons

Okp has a support link on their website but no contact information. The warranty isn't very helpful if you don't have a way to contact them about an issue. They need to replace the vacuum since it’s still under warranty.

The light blinks and the app says it's charging and yet, it never charges. It now only spins around in circles and is otherwise unresponsive.

Buy irobot, its more expensive but the robot is better and their costumer service are great. Expensive, useless piece of *. Only in china.

The suction seems great but the lack of ability to program / map out space with it creates big issues. It constantly gets stuck and our house is not cluttered. Once it senses an obstacle, it stops too far from it and the little whirly gigs can't reach... Read More

Super efficient and does a great job cleaning!

I can set it on a timer and it gets up 99% of the dirt and dog hair smoothly and returns to the docking station.

Because of its size, i empty it every day and the empty process is cumbersome.

Price

For the price, it does an amazing job!

5, i gave it a 4 simply because i paid $70 for it, and in the world of robot vacuums, that is a steal.

I was skeptical because it was so cheap.
