The only trouble i had was after like an hour of using the headphones and turning them in and off a few time one side didnt turn back on in noise canceling mode

When this happened i originally planned on returning them and just buying other headphones but i thought id give the seller another chance before i leave a bad review

What ended up happening is the seller just gave me another pair and never told me what to do with the first pair

Updated review the company actually reached out to me directly about my defective product and offered to send a new one
