Pros

Bought four of these for my trolling poles. Great trolling real for walleye and stealhead. Have been running them for 6 months now on erie for walleye. This one is to replace the one i threw in lake erie on the rod.

Cons

Drag clicker was broke when product was supposed to be brand new. Buyer beware. Should provide better warranty service.

No thumb) which gives just enough tension so you don't rats nest the reel while you spool down the downrigger.

Competitiveness

I have pulled in 25lb+ fish on this reel.

I like it better than my shimano 500 tekota which is double the price.

Tried a cabelas brand but returned it and went for the okuma.

At the time i purchased it is was only $10 more than the magda - a no-brainer.
