They folded it longways and creased the rubber backing which made a small ridge down the middle.
The rug was folded in half and very tightly wound…the fold in center is very hard to get out.
Packaging/appearance
It looks great in my bathroom and i'm very happy with it!
And it was rolled up with the fuzzy side out and wrapped tightly in plastic, so you have to be super careful cutting it open.
It had creases from being folded and rolled in the packaging, but after laying flat for a couple of weeks they are now gone.
With the caveat that i haven’t laundered it yet, my only complaint is how it was packaged.

My problem with the rugs are they are so thin and when they’re that thin they don’t absorb as much water especially when you’re getting out of the bath

I almost sent it back but it’s soft and nice to stand on barefoot and i think the ridge will eventually tamp down
