It is apparently very slippery especially when it got wet. So it may not be all that safe to use at all.

It is good quality and it works great for having the sand drop off your shoes and through the mat.
I love this outdoor rug, it is not only the perfect size but it is also very well made and has so many uses.
The appearance is very uniform and tightly woven - very unnoticeable that it's not a true fabric material.
Speaking of material - it's extremely lightweight.
Price
We have been updating this space of our home, but the floor has been the last thing on our to do list because of the cost.
Priced fair making this a good value.
It is a bit more expensive than i would like to spend, but if it lasts for years, it will definitely be worth it in the long run.
Packaging/appearance
It came neatly packed in a carry case, so it would be an option to use for picnicking, too.
It comes folded in a neat little bag for storage.

I was worried about the color choice because outside white would be destroyed easily but black may not be as inviting

Down side to the basement now is it gets easily dusty sometimes as we still have concrete flooring
