It does not seem to seep into my skin good

We live in a cold climate and using this face moisturizer in winter has not been so great if this is worn in winter and you go out and catch some wind your face will feel like it has wind burn

For winter i use the bee magic skin cream which works fantastic in that scenario just is terrible for under makeup
