The flavor is really good and it doesn't have that "chalky" taste. Bitter like lemonade not acid. I prefer the blueberry lemonade flavor over the others.

I may have had too many expectations or one extremely strong expecatation when it came to this stuff prior to ordering. Its no jack 3d or c4 extreme. My advise to old go back to the drawing board on this one.

This is the worst-tasting pre-workout powder i've ever had. Never felt any tingling or rush of energy. It gives you zero boost or energy.
