Pros

It has a magnetic charger and the battery life is amazing. Very secure in the supplied holster. I keep it as a back up in my hunting fanny pack.

This flashlight charges at a good pay for me and i definitely recommend. It works as promised, it is tough and ready to roll.

The battery charge lasts forever. The only issue is that it won't always charge all the way but the light on the charger will turn green.

The shake feature allows you to shake the light to illuminate that side switch. The green blinking light is a little annoying at night when you do not want light. It's not a deal breaker, but i would of preferred that it notices it and activates it wh... Read More

Cons

It's bright sure, but it doesn't have a focused beam, it's just a wide-area beam. Its green when you plug it in i dunno very frustrated with this model!

If i spend close to a hundred bucks (w/ tax) for a flashlight, offered as new, it should absolutely be brand new.

It has a great weighted feel to it and is packed with cool features.

I received a flashlight in an already sliced-open box with a clearly re-wrapped product.

Competitiveness

It's not a deal breaker, but i would of preferred that it notices it and activates it when it's shaken, not tilted.
