Pros
Rubberized parts protect the handlebar from scratches. Holds a flashlight securely enough for safety and forward illumination. Snap-on/snap-off, no more need for a dedicated bicycle light.
Easy to install, low profile mount. Would definitely order from this seller again.
Works great on my bike and my daughters bike. I have the baton s2r ii and my 4 yr olds bike has the s1r ii. Worked great holding my seeker 2 pro.
Comes with extra hold down bands and tool to loosen/adjust swivel mount. Extra bands and screwdriver a nice feature.
Cons
The biggest downfall and dealbreaker for me is the constant light bounce. Every bump knocks the flashlight up or down, requiring constant adjustment. If you expect to mount this on a handlebar that is slightly not straight — well this is a wrong produ... Read More

Simple and very effective device, can be turned 90 degrees and came with multiple bands.
Simply strap in a hi power flashlight with much greater range than bicycle lights
Don't have to worry about cheap lights falling apart.
I figured my flashlight would be bouncing around so much that it would be useless but just riding around it doesn’t move at all.

A little expensive for what it is but it works ok.

It only works directly perpendicular to the handlebars which is great some of the time

However if the bars sweep back the light is going to be angled outward at the ditch which is semi annoying
