The glass cylinder part has minor chips at the top and other defects seems to be a sign of a rather cheap manufacture process more than anything else but this is a 50 lamp were talking about not a 100 or more lamp

Yes you can see the label on the bottom inside if you are looking for it it is impossible to take out so it stays
