If you end up getting this ram you must go into bios and turn on the xmp if you manually change it to 3000mhz then you have to manually change the timings otherwise it will say cl 22 when it is 16 better to use xmp and that will adjust everything to the specs its supposed to be

We were not able to perform any overclocking due to board restrictions but i expect it would behave accordingly should one wish to push this to 3000mhz or possibly 3200mhz
