Because of the strength of the unit with the 6 riser i cant use a 34 blade on it without it bending the upper unit

I often need pieces of wood 14 thick and am tired of planing 34 pieces down to 14 knowing that two thirds of what you just planed off and of what you paid for are going in the garbage
