Pros

Great value and functionality. Will update based on longevity. Still, once in, they are great.

I like these because they dissipate heat more, didn't cost much and fit my ridgid 1400. Fit perfect and has caused zero issues. These has some good feedback on maintenance videos.

Cons

Should have done more homework. I butchered the block i received to fit. The 3 hundredths difference make them not work.
