Olukai ohana - 5+, superbly designed and well made.
They look great, last long, and are super comfortable.
I wear these daily and over the past 6 years have only needed 3 pairs, and one of those was stolen and even made it through a moped crash.
The outsole has held up so well because it is quite hard, which doesn't allow for much compression, and thus gives poor traction.

Competitiveness
I'm somewhat impressed with the longevity of the sole in comparison to most other sandals i've owned.
They are still better than the reef phantoms, but i would put the ohana only slightly over average for traction ability.
Not quite as good as the sperrys, but certainly closeenough.

Here are my observations the footbed has compressed further

They are still relatively comfortable but walking on uneven or gravelly surfaces is more noticeable now

One shoes strap might have stretched a bit but if so its so minimal that its really difficult to tell for sure

This only happened once in the first 6 months of ownership but it seems to have become a bit worse with age happening probably once every couple of weeks now

Either way its particularly vexing because it tends to shred the front of the shoe when it happens on pavement wearing it down further and leaving hanging bits of rubber that need to be clipped off
