It does an excellent job of lubricating his knee joints that have no cartilage left. It is very gentle on the gi tract and certainly has lessened my oa daily pain.

Cons

The capsules are huge & you have to take too many per day to take them all together. It's fine at first but eventually wreaks havoc with my gut.
