The seller has terrible customer service as they have not replied to my email yet. The tracking they provided me with over 2 weeks ago says that tracking is not available. Please be careful when ordering something like this!

    So i started researching the ingredients and found that the two main ingredients that were giving me such great results were chromium polynicotinate and lcarnitine
