Easy to * capsule. I take 300mg of dim daily (one of these capsules + i take a healthy skin packet which includes an additional 150 mg of d im) i take this product with other subsequent suplements, it's great!

This supplement has helped me boost my t levels as well as add a fat burner that makes your body insulin sensitive.
Fyi - hormonal acne tends to form on the jaw line.

Good price, easy to swallow although it's not a small pill yet it's smaller than a multi vitamin.

The skin packet alone helped, but i noticed the biggest improvement once i supplemented the additional dim.

The taste has an orangey taste if you have a snack something small with this its easier to digest but not a must do
