Magnesium citrate works to enhance the action of the neurotransmitter gaba. I usally need to double the dose to 6 pills daily and this product work better than asprin or prescription drugs for migranes. No harsh side effects.

Very easy to swallow, absorbed well and worked as i expected it to.
Magnesium stearate accumulates in the body and is not good for us.
Additionally most of our food produced from our farming soil have become very low in magnesium due to overuse.

A lot of products state that you need to get this in your system stock the shelves so to speak but after awhile the headaches began to get better and now they are gone
