Pros

This olympian brand is the only one i found that i am easily able to shut my eyes for another 3 hours and wake refreshed. Falling asleep so quick and not waking up 100x per night is a life saver. In a 90 year old male with moderate dementia.

Hard to find time release melatonin at wallgerrns or cvs. It's hard to find a timed-release formula in this higher dosage.

Works well sparingly, not every day though. Better, that it seems effective, is a trustworthy company. Easy to * and work great for me.

Cons

Somewhere between finicky, cloudy, dazed, and so on. Not gonna do that again.
