All that's ever marketed is d-alpha tocopherol, which is only one of eight elements in vitamin e.
This is a great product and the whole family uses it.

Just recently i found out that vit e is not what we were actually supposed to take

It is unfortunate that some of the research and publicity being done on the benefits of vit e are done with the synthetic which gives negative results perhaps being done or financed by companies that dont want us buying and benefiting from real vitamins
