Great little lens, nice and fast for the m4/3 system. Sharp and compact. One issue with the oly 12-40 pro with the same manual focus snap ring, is the the gh4 does not pull up the focus magnifier when the manual focus ring is engaged.

Of course shallower depth of field makes your pictures look more professional to those in the know although your mumgranauntie will wonder why so much is a blur

The one niggle i have about this otherwise delightful micro fourthirds lens is the lack of an autofocus feature common to all other lenses acquired for my main phototaking system lumix and olympus compact slrs
