Pros
One thing i have noticed is the immense level of energy i have each day, and getting up in the morning, i no longer have a sluggish start. Makes sense. These things take time to see definite results. It works miracles on the arthritis!
Cons
For whatever reason, this one causes fishy tasting belching when i take it. These give me the worst fishy burps ever.
