All three nutrients are included in one pill. You get three important nutrients in one dose. The supplement is easy to take and doesn't stick to the palate.
Taking this supplement seems to help with my carpal tunnel symptoms and other join pain. This product helps promote good joint, circulatory, and brain health.
Taking the capsule with food solves the problem of fish burps. Capsules are easy to * and devoid of after-taste. It is a bit fishy smelling, but i can get over that.

What ive noticed in just the first 2 weeksmy nails have been bending and brittle for a few years despite trying different supplements etc to help and theyve actually grown and are much stronger with this product
