It comes from the proper fish and contains what you need. If you're taking a teaspoon or more, these are a good alternative.

I think these are great bang for the buck.

This omega 3 fish oil is a good value for the cost and quantity and has no fishy taste or after effect when taking it.

At a good price, worked for me.

The value is very good for 180 softgels.

Competitiveness

Compared to my current gels, this will save me money while providing a slight increase in the amount of omega 3s at just two gels per day.
