The quality of this fish oil is top-notch. There are some prescription drugs that contain fish oil, but i decided to try otc. This is a great product if you need to take fish oil pills.

I am using the product over 3 years , easy to swallow, my cholesterol is lower, great supplement .

This product is easy to swallow and seems to be keeping me more regular as i strive to combat inflamation with fish oil and diet.

I take 4 caps a day, 2000 mg as directed.
