This specific amazon seller buys the highest end hp omen 870291 in bulk and then will replace parts inside of those systems with the corresponding parts for lower tiered omen systems

So if you buy the 1070 version you will be getting a less expensive albeit equally powerful 1070 gtx card than what the model number indicates
