This has a flat plastic platform on top and a large adhesive circular pad underneath with radial divisions the petal form apparently intended to allow it to be attached to a curved surface

Like most i have tried the hook is too thick to fit some of the jeeps slats and retracts only to about 10mm too large to grip the slat firmly
