The tilt is perfect and stays in place. There's no issue having your phone plugged in while using the stand. It's sturdy and high enough.

It doesnt take much to pull it apart by accident stand comes off the base top part of the base separates from the bottom also

The phone stand is designed very well the only thing is that the bottom ledge to hold the phone block out the phone speaker which defeats the purpose of being handsfree while on video calls
