Pros

It connects easily via bluetooth. It's so easy to set up and is super lightweight - perfect for transporting day-to-day.

They seem to have been durable so far. Love the stand for the tablet and the keypad works as advertised.

The suggested auto typing at the bottom of the screen is one of the best i have used. During my hours, lots of clients prefer texts and i can quickly relay lots of information.

A wonderful example of outstanding customer service. I appreciate a company that understands the importance of a quality product and service. Their efforts are very much appreciated.

Cons

Bluelight on the keyboard dissappear. Not able to even connect it to bluetooth to type. Build quality is subpar. There is a reason this only has 45 day warranty!

There is no lag time between typing and appearing on the screen.
