Aside from the case, this is a very good product.
Not sure on the accuracy as we haven't had it checked yet but it's pretty much in line with the doctors office.
The other reasons have to do with the way most doctor's office staff take bp.

I used this unit for a while then had it checked at the cleveland clinic for accuracy and it was within 1 bp of the clinics electronic unit and 1 bp within the manual check by the doctor
