Pros
Metal bar/wraparound/velcro combo. More velcro too for more adjustment in sizes. This one has a bar so you can get the cuff snugg and more velco stratigically placed so it stays fasten.
Cons
As they inflate, they have a crackling sound like the bladder was sticking inside was being forced open. All three were labeled made in vietnam. This cuff is terrible!

It was actually thicker and more sturdier than the original cuff from the manufacturer.

Old cuff material is too soft therefore the dring starts sliding when it inflates and ends up off center
