Unfortunately the adhesive wears out quickly if youre hairy like me but thats fairly common with any type of adhesive in my experience

This little device is almost 95 as powerful as the one in my chiropractors office so i very much recommended this it doesnt cost that much and it lasts really really long ive had one for 2 years the only thing is you have to replace the pads unless you know a better way to try to clean them i try to clean them and sometimes it doesnt work

The only reason i gave 4 stars for ease of use is that its not easy to stick on your low back by yourself but not rocket science either
