It has a semi-rigid cuff which makes fitting it a doddle.
It's significantly more expensive than the cheaper omron and i hesitated at first.
I tried getting cheaper models, but they never worked (i had to rerurn them).

Especially useful when my husband collapsed at home i used this to measure his blood pressure to find it was dangerously low that spurred my decision to phone nhs 24 and he was admitted to hospital
