This is the same monitor as the omron gold, which is exclusive to amazon. It has settings for 2 users, bluetooth enabled so it sends the readings to your phone.

Cons

This one has serious app connectivity issues with the kardia app. The warranty is a joke as you will have to pay testing or repair shipping cost for sending & receiving the unit.

The diastolic and pulse readings are close or even the same sometimes, when testing minutes apart. The readings are about 20 points off on systolic blood pressure readings.
