Pros
Shoes are wonderful but sizing is tricky. I run between 150-200 miles so a shoe that lasts a long time is quite important to me. I typically wear a size 10 in nike and these in size 10 fit well.
These shoes have hollow heals that compress to absorb your foot impact and spring back out. I have plantar fasciitis and these shoes actually remove all the pain from my foot. No more knee or hip pain.
Cons

I have no issues with the heel slipping.

Cloudswift is the best of the best.
I expect better from the cost of $180.
Competitiveness
Between running and the gym, they’ve lasted well beyond the life of my other running shows.

That’s technically about the time you should be swapping out your sneakers especially running shoes anyway

If you are an avid runner regardless of how good the shoe is you shouldn’t be wearing these or any exercise sneaker to run in after 34 months of use
