Just used it on gazebo, seems to be very good. It has the (supposedly treated) oxford water resistant fabric.

But the inside of the awning was dry no leaks around the seems and the inside was dry to the touch there were a couple of areas we missed and they were wet through still

Might even give this a go with some coatsjackets that have lost their waterproofing

It meant i couldn’t leave our garden chairs outside in the rain which was a pain
