Cant comment on performance yet as both tents only been used in dry since treatment

However the product was easy to apply i gave it two good coatings and after letting it dry and air out it was put back in its bag oi camp out at least once a month every month so tent has been used a couple of times since the application and the effect was obvious although the weather was lovely it still gets a dew fall in the early morning and the tent remained absolutely dry inside in short marvelous and recommended o
