Mine is exactly what the seller described. Cute & makes me smile when i use it. Shipped in decent time.

The only downside is that because he is so compact, the paper slot if not big enough for standard us paper. My only complaint is that it isn't slightly wider, to fit a half sheet of paper, folded.

Cons

The paper rolls through smoothly, but leaves all the edges very jagged. It takes only one piece at a time, which is somehow inconvenient. The cutter leaves a rough edge which ruins the look of quilled projects.

You do have to tear them so the pieces can feed into the shredder, but that's not a big deal.

Competitiveness

It produces lots and lots of quilling size paper at a fraction of the cost of purchasing pre-cut paper!
