I know it's supposed to have lots of friction to hold my weight but that’s why the design to tighten it doesn't make sense. This pull up bar is impossible to install with one person. Way too slippery plastic, has no grip unfortunately.

Only issue is that the threads on one side seem to be stripped i had to screwpush it all the way in and hyperextend the other side
