Without the extra installation you cant install this straight up onto drywall because the distance between the support brackets is not close to any known distance between wall studs

For the pullup part i marked the holes on a piece of cardboard and then placed the cardboard on the wall and marked the holes there

However no matter how tight you tighten the screws for the dip bars theres still a slight side to side wiggle
