It did slightly split my doorframe when i installed it but i blame the quality of the wood, not the bar.
I've used longer screws than included with the kit to mount, and after installation it feels rock solid.

Very sturdy love this product had my yoga trapeze on this did not budge once it was put up down side very hard to take down if moving home only as one set of holding brackets

The bar is in perfect shape along with the foam and only stayed in one place for me to do pullups i never moved it

Decent and strong supports weight easily only drawer back as fits inside door frame so can only do one form of pull note

We have a wooden door and before this product i tried many different pullup bars but they did not work

Literally just extend it out to where you want it at the top of the door frame
