Pros
These are arguably priced perfectly for the quality of the product. Works as advertised. This is a first class product and i’m delighted with it.
Grips are very comfortable and seem durable so far. I have supreme confidence that it won't dislodge or loosen.

Very strong and sturdy even without screwing in.
Easy to install, well made and holds up when you put your weight on it.
I used the rubber grip method, and perhaps i overtightened, but these so grippy it actually took a coat of paint off my doorframe.
Pushed my door frame and now i can’t close my door properly

These are arguably priced perfectly for the quality of the product.
I didn’t want to spend a ton of money, so this chin-up bar fit the bill.
Recommend 10/10 for people that want to work out upper body but can’t afford gym or can’t go.

The trick is to start by turn the metal ends of the pole couterclockwise as they turn the pole lengthens to the width of your door

Turn center clockwise this will pressure the unit against the side of the door

What i did not like was the fact that i cannot lock the unit once in place if the center pole turns counterclockwise it will start to loosen

Solution i added some electrical tape and the unit can not accidently undo
